Rendell’s proposed spending plan for fiscal year 2008-09 includes NO rate
increase for nursing facilities, and minimal increases in aging and disability
waiver slots. PANPHA has partnered with the PA Health Care Association and
the PA Association of County Affiliated Homes in a coalition named
