Members believe that providers need to take ownership of the long term care issue by going on the offensive; no longer waiting in the wings for government or market forces to cause change within the field.

They are committed to becoming proactive leaders within their communities espousing a new and thriving vision of long term care and senior services backed by a robust plan to reach it.

The North Star is reached when PANPHA members are:

  • Operating mission driven organizations that are based upon values of integrity, quality, innovation, solvency, and person-centered care.

  • Collaborating with government, providers and advocates to advance the quality of life for their residents.

  • Providing the quality choice and gold standard in the long term care and senior services field.

  • Upholding corporate responsibility and accountability in running organizations that practice not for profit values.
