In an effort to create a compelling vision for our preferred future of long-term care and senior services in Pennsylvania, the PANPHA Board of Directors approved the Association’s North Star Vision to assist organizations in their path towards providing excellent lifelong care and services throughout the state.
 PANPHA’s North Star Vision is comprised of eight major issue points:
- Leadership
- Facilitating Consumer Choices and Transitions
- Personal Responsibility
- New Senior Living Communities
- Transformed Care Organizations
- Technology Applications
- Quality Improvement
- Government
While PANPHA is committed to making progress in every area or “point” of our North Star,
we have identified three points as our primary strategic focus for the current legislative
session: Facilitating Consumer Choices and Transitions; Transformed Care Organizations;
and Government.
